Our First Christmas

Well it is our first Christmas together as a married couple. We set up our tree tonight (yeah I know a little late) but hey at least its up in time. Now it is really starting to feel like Christmas. This year since we have only been married for 3 months we got a tree from Robs parents but our house is 8 feet high and the tree they gave us 9 feet high. According to my measurement I don't think it will really fit. But hey its the though that counts and I really appreciate them giving it to us. We just decided that we will keep it for next year because our goal is to have a house by this time next year.
So the next tree that we got was donated to us by his sister Jodene. It looks like it is about 4-5 feet high so we put it on top of our coffee table so that is looks bigger and taller. And if you look at the bow at the top of the tree it is our tree topper (yeah a little to big for how small the tree is), what can I say its our first tree.
And the Lights and the the ornaments were given to us by my parents. Which usally makes the tree. We are so greatful for the wonderful family that we both have. They are willing to share and give up things to a couple that doesn't have a lot of extra money at the time, to make it so that we can have a beautifull Christmas together. We thank you so much. Love you Mom and Dad Whiting and Feland.
